While Tim Burton is mostly known as one of the most popular directors in Hollywood, he is also just as famous for his work as an artist. Within the past few years, his artwork has been the center of attention and display at various art museum throughout the U.S. (Including MoMA in New York City) While most of his artwork can be considered doodles and sketches for his movies, there is still a quality to it that makes it unique on it's own.
Below are the art worksheets I created in response to the M.C. Escher worksheets we were presented with last week. The worksheets use Burton's artwork to help spark dialogue and conversations about the various pieces. The questions also build off of and are designed from the 'Bloom's Taxonomy' worksheet that showed how to create questions to help begin the conversations on art.
